Pricing Considerations

Performance Fees​

  • As each performance is tailored to meet your specific needs, please contact Bekah Webb for an exact quote.

  • Performance fees begin at $300.

  • Performance fees are based upon the location of the event, the length of the performance, and the number of musicians.

  • An extra fee will be charged for sheet music that is not in the standard repertoire (listed under repertoire). This includes sheet music that must be purchased or composed by the musician.

  • If the client wishes to have musicians at the rehearsal, the same standard fee per hour will be charged. 

  • Once a musician is booked (contract is signed), a non-refundable initial booking fee of $150 is due one week after signing the contract. If the fee is not payed, the musician will not be secured for the event until payment is received.

  • Musicians will not begin performance until all remaining fees are paid.

  • For last-minute booking (within a week of the performance), an extra fee will be charged and the total payment will be due before the musician begins performance. A payment will not be needed to hold the event.

  • For engagement proposals (1-2 songs), the fee will begin at $100. Travel expenses (if any) will also be added.

Travel Fees

  • For events outside the radius of Graham, NC, a fee of $0.50 per mile will be charged ($30/60 miles).

Equipment Fees

  • If the client requests piano and the venue does not supply a tuned piano, the client may either rent their own keyboard or request one from Bekah Webb. The rental fee for a keyboard is $100.

  • If a piano requires tuning, clients will be responsible for the charges.

  • If sound equipment is needed, the client must provide the equipment at their own expense.
